You are responsible for your catalog, pricing representations, delivery obligations to customers, tax obligations, and compliance with law.

Platform role

RentedMall provides software infrastructure. Unless expressly stated, RentedMall is not the merchant of record for your customer sales.

Funds

Crypto balances, gateway settlement, and escrow are governed by Payment Terms and Escrow Terms.

Termination

Either party may stop using or providing the service subject to outstanding obligations and applicable terms.
