Transaction and store fees
Platform billing is separate from customer store-order payments.
- RentedMall Gateway: 1% default transaction fee. RentedMall Gateway snapshots the fee when an invoice is created (default 1%). Fees are never taken from client-supplied values.
- Escrow: fees resolve from configurable admin fee tiers (percentage and/or fixed), not a single hardcoded marketing rate.
- Store subscription fees: paid plans can be charged from RentedMall crypto balance; store activation may be gated on paid status.
- Third-party costs: blockchain network fees and any external provider costs remain outside platform fees unless explicitly included.
